Liked · I have picked up the location because of availability of easily accessible parking space and walking distance towards city center (It is quite important in these old Italian cities with small streets, especially if you have bigger car). I liked how spacious the apartment was and that it was exactly as on the photos. There was always enough parking space, only once I had to find smaller place under an olive tree (next day the car was fully covered by small pieces of the tree haha). Disliked · I will mention nothing major here, as I had my expectations and these were met. Apartment is clean, on the other hand exact opposite of "cozy". It is furbished in very "spartan" style. There is AC in both rooms of the apartment, but it worked with its own mind sometimes. Bed I appreciate with hard mattress, this was extremely soft one. But that is subjective.

Abbiamo preso l'appartamento in via pispini, 74. La posizione è ottima. L' appartamento è situato molto vicino a piazza del Campo e al Duomo . Anche i supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono molto vicini. Ringrazio tutto lo staff in particolare il Sig. Francesco e Aurora per la loro cortese disponibilità.

E' la terza volta che torniamo in questo residence (le ultime due per il PALIO 2022) ci troviamo sempre BENISSIMO senza BARRIERE ARCHITETTONICHE. staff gentili e attenti alle richieste. Un pò caro ??'... ma ??? Ragazzi a SIENA a ridosso della Porta Pispini con parcheggio comodo e gratis ....ekkekazzo. Consigliato e un saluto al sig Francesco. Ci rivedremo al prossimo PALIO 2023

Camera ampia ma caldissima e il climatizzatore non funzionava quando si usciva, nonostante la presenza della scheda nell’apposito slot. Al ritorno ho provato a contattare qualcuno ma nessuno ha risposto al telefono. I responsabili devono essere reperibili in caso di necessità!

A localização deste hotel é muito boa. No apartamento tem máquina de lavar roupas, máquina de lavar louças, geladeira. Tem boa estrutura. Conta também com um estacionamento. O problema deste local é que deixam o ar condicionado funcionando somente de 08:30 as 23:00 e depois simplesmente desligam e não falam nada com os hospedes. Em todas as vezes que reclamei, me retornaram falando que já tinham alterado alguma configuração. O apartamento, todo fechado, fica em torno de 30 graus. Simplesmente INSUPORTAVEL. Reclamei várias vezes e sempre ganham tempo e não falam que desligam o ar. Não há nenhuma informação no check-in ou impressa sobre o desligamento do ar condicionado. Somente na minha última diária, recebi mensagem do anfitrião falando que o ar não estaria disponível durante toda estadia por causa de custos, guerra, etc. Viajei peça Itália durante 16 dias e fiquei em 8 hotéis sendo que em nenhum deles vi esta situação. Em todos, o ar condicionado ficou ligado durante toda minha estadia. Fiz a reserva pelo Booking de 5 diárias e reportei a situação. O booking me pediu desculpas e ofereceu 25 euros de reembolso. Achei um DESRESPEITO.
