Americana Inn

This is an older motel that has been renovated and is very clean and well maintained. Quiet, even though it’s just off of I-10 and I never heard the folks in the rooms next to me. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great value and I got a great night’s rest! I’ll be back!

I live in Sierra Blanca. I went up to get a room for my kids to spend two nights. I couldn't believe the price! $98 for night one and $88 for night two. No bottled water, no coffee maker, no coffee, no tea, nothing to shower with, no extra blankets for the cool temperatures, the TV didn't work, the Wi-Fi didn't work. There is another small motel on the main street called Sierra Blanca Historic Inn. This motel is not in the hospitality business.

If you need a clean comfortable room this is the place. Skip Van Horn, TX and drive the extra 30 minutes down the road to the Americana. The manager was super friendly, the room was very clean and even though it is right off the interstate it was remarkably quiet.

Stayed on a Saturday night in September. Apparently a place where people go to party. Only place in town to stay. Was woken up at 3 am by the guy in the next room yelling that he was going to break into every room on the place. He sounded drunk or high. We stacked the chairs in front of our door and didn’t go back to sleep. Got up at 5:30 and made our way to the vehicle with all our stuff in one trip. The next day my husband had bed bug bites show up. Next time will take the extra 30 minutes and drive on to Van Horn.
