My son gave us a gift and we reserved this hotel with it , room was very good , comfortable bed and hot water and heating , Evening meal was a set menu with lots of choices of typical Spanish food and very good .breakfast was included and was a good selection .The staff are very friendly , would definitely stay again .

Excellent service, the facilities, the new toilets, the treatment of ALL the staff stood out. A family atmosphere, and above all I want to thank the accessible communication with the management. I will return at the end of the year with my family for sure.

El Hotel muy acogedor y muy limpio. Nos cambiaron la habitación porque salían olores desagradables del baño. El Desayuno acorde al precio. Voy a destacar a Juan, fue quien nos atendió cuando llegamos y creo que nuestro humor no lo entendía ( Éramos dos parejas de Sevilla). Pero bueno........ El último día pudimos sacarle una sonrisa. " Volveremos a verte Juan" La verdad que el entorno al hotel es muy bonito, nos faltaron días para disfrutar de la zona que nos pareció espectacular. Gracias de nuevo Juan

Hicimos una estancia de 3 días. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy limpias; buen baño. El desayuno buffet es malo y el café peor. El bar y restaurante del Hotel tiene muy buenas cosas; muy buena comida. Una buena parte del personal que lo atiende, es muy desagradable. Perdonavidas, vamos!

Un hotel muy limpio, con un buen servicio, y una comida muy exquisita. Tiene unos servicios justo al lado del bar, que son ideales, montados a la última, con sensores de acercamiento, vamos que no tienes que tocar la puerta para poder entrar, y muy limpio, además cuenta con un amplio aparcamiento! Recomendable 💯

Jamás me habían tratado tan mal en dos llamadas que he realizado y que no han alcanzado el minuto. En la primera llamada me ha dicho que estaba ocupado, que no me podía atender y enviara un correo electrónico. En la segunda llamada me ha insultado llamandome PESADA y que para mi no hay reserva. Lo ha confirmado por email, añado foto. En realidad es porque no les interesa coger a gente que venga con wonderbox

La entrada con el coche está sin señalizar ni asfaltada, llegamos al hotel y no había recepcionista, la función la hacía también la camarera de la cafetería. Teniamos unas ganas locas de usar la piscina y resulta que a 22 de junio en Andalucía aun estaban llenandola. Pasillos sucios, ventanas con telarañas y roña de muchos años (no exagero). Ascensor con muy mal olor y sin mantenimiento con papel de las paredes a trozos con la imagen que ello conlleva. La habitación llenisima de mosquitos, restos negros de anteriores huéspedes por el suelo y con telarañas en el techo. Algo bueno? En baño en condiciones perfectas salvo por también restos de plásticos de otros huéspedes. La cama es cómoda y la tele y el aire acondicionado funcionan bien. La cafeteria buen desayuno y buen precio. No lo recomendaría a nadie
