The Staff is amazing, thanks Calletano for everything, la verdad que superó mis expectativas, pienso en regresar, el lugar es muy hermoso y el hotel me pareció muy acogedor, me hubiera gustado quedarme más días, muy linda vista tiene al pueblo también el desayuno es muy variado! Lo Disfrutamos mucho❤️

El personal muy agradable y cuando llegamos la ventana de la habitación estaba abierta y no cerraba porque estaba rota por consecuente en la habitación hacia mucho frio pero un miembro del personal vino a arreglarla. La calefacción no funcionaba y con el frio de la sierra me parece esencial. El agua de las habitaciones estaba amarilla y fría. El hotel estaba bien situado pero el acceso era malo ya que si no puedes subir las escaleras tienes que coger un rodeo que queda a unos 25 minutos de pradollano.En cuanto a la comida tipo buffet la comida nos pareció mala ya que no habia mucha variedad pero el desayuno fue bueno con muchísima mas variedad. No lo recomiendo

Nos alojamos en este hotel para disfrutar de un puente en la nieve. Su ubicación es muy buena,a excasas 2 calles encuentras distintos tipos de comercio. Zona animada y sin pérdida. Vistas desde el hotel inmejorables. Dispone de parking privado de pago. El estado en que se encuentra el hotel deja que desear. Necesita ser cuidado y restaurado. Resulta caro su precio para el estado en que está. La variedad en el desayuno es escasa,se agradecería más platos. Tienen el detalle de darte unas chocolatinas de bienvenida. No disponen de frigorífico. Habitaciones amplias.

Para ir solo a dormir esta bien, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas y la higiene no era muy buena. La comida no era mala aunq poca variedad. El baño se me inundó al vaciar la bañera. La bueno esq pedí cuna para la bebé y me la pusieron sin pegas El personal amable
