It was a pleasant stay and in a perfect location for a short one-night getaway and to visit Toledo.
We got some issues during check-in, and the staff have immediately assisted and solved the problem for us.
The hotel overall is quiet and we loved the building/architecture style very much.

1. This is an apartment suite, not a hotel. The front desk is in the real estate agency's room in the building in Figure 1, where you can get the keys. The people are very welcoming. 2. The apartment room is in the white apartment building in picture 2. With balcony and nice view. 3. The bed and quilt in the bedroom are quite comfortable, and the apartment is a typical one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom. It's about 30 square meters and has fairly complete facilities.

The offer on Booking is not consistent with the description, the opinions are not adequate to the actual state of affairs. The kitchen lacks basic dishes: two pots, one huge and the other small - both without lids, some kind of lid that does not fit anything, no knife, board, etc. Frying pans need to be thrown away, after the intervention we were provided with 2 frying pans - small and medium, but it does not change the fact that what we found in this room is absolutely unacceptable. In general, the "apartment" requires a general renovation and cleaning, and the bed needs to be replaced - by the way, you can't sleep on it because it sinks in. In addition, the offer is inconsistent with the description on Booking - parking away. We walked about 0.8 kg uphill with bags🤦🏻♀️ the description says that getting to the "apartment" on skis - a scam. The room is dusty, dirty. After the intervention they gave us 100 E back! Embarrassing! This type of treatment of a customer is unacceptable.

Such an amazing place to stay, views of the mountains and a great price for renting mountain bikes for the whole day an experience I’ll never forget! Everything was made easy for us Id highly recommend this place. Staff were very helpful and will be back next year for sure

We are very pleased with our stay. We were upgraded on the spot, which was a bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and close to the mountain. Clean rooms, lovely terass!

Wonderful stay the apartment was fantastic so well equipped and comfortable.The view was amazing like a beautiful painting.The hosts that greeted us were so friendly and welcoming.We wished we could have stayed longer we will return for sure.This place we would highly recommend great location everything on the doorstep.THANK YOU FOR OUR WONDERFUL STAY

From the moment I made the enquiry about the apartment the team here were so helpful and actually from my initial search they helped me find a better apartment for my husband and I which was more suitable for just the two of us. We stayed at the start of the season early December. Great location and great facilities. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was dirty, run-down, and old. The mattress was horrible; you wake up with a broken back. You're cold because they put two heaters on and more. The pictures are far from reality, and they charge hotel prices. I won't go back!
