It is the worst experience for me, bad hotel not clean at all the service is very bad we ask for water it takes 2 hours the beach is very dirty compared to the public beach which was better, garbage are everywhere. Just two words dont go The pool is extra charge and not suitable for couples and families One water at the beach 240 tl !!!!!!!!!!

Calling this a luxury resort is a joke. We stayed for two days and I was happy.to leave this place behind. It might have been nice when it was built, but it has not been kept up to standard. Our room looked used and boring. Furniture was old and broken, nothing on the walls, just plain white paint. The ashtray was full from the former occupant and the balcony not cleaned. It had cigarette buds all over the floor and wasn't cleaned while we stayed there either. There were hairballs in the corners inside the room and the shower handle fell off during the first shower. The waiters in the restaurant were very young teenagers (which there is nothing wrong with normally), but they had really dirty unwashed clothes on and didn't know anything about polite waiting. They had two menus online and didn't know which one was the correct one, which I found hilarious. We asked for some of the items only to be told "sorry, it's not available" and it happened for five different menu items. The outside of the "resort" was so unkept and dirty also. Rubbish everywhere and dead grass lawns. Very depressing place and I hope others won't make the same mistake as us, by booking a stay here. One good thing I'd like to point out were the baggage boys. Very helpful and smiling. Kudos to them for giving us a little positivity in this ruin of a place.

otel her şeyiyle çok başarılı beach yemek ve rahatlık konusunda çok iyi. Özellikle misafir ilişkileri müdürü Özge hanım bizimle çok ilgilendi kendisi harika detaylarla çalışan biri ve çok kibar ona tekrardan teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.

This hotel is well located. But terrible service, facilities not well taken care of, expensive, absolutely no intention to care of guests. Cesme is a good location travel as a couple. The price and performance ratio is very very low. Stay far away.

Size bütün detaylarıyla oteli anlatmak isterim. Odalar cok eski işletme berbat. Otelin plajı yok. Plaj diye gösterdikleri yer denize girmenin dalgadan 7/24 imkansız olduğu hatta denize girecek bir merdiven bile olmayan bir yer. Ama otelin içinde özel bir işletme var İkon beach. Orayı kullandık. Kişi başı 500 tl harcama yapmanızı istiyorlar giriş ücreti yok. Mükemmel bir işletme yemekler efsane ilgi alaka mükemmel. Odanızdan 1 dk içinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Zaten otelin bir çok görseli bu beach e ait. Sabah kahvaltısı için de bu beach le anlaşmışlar. O yüzden kahvaltı mükemmel. Otelin kendine ait bir restorantı yok. Gece 11 e kadar İkon beach te yemek yiyebilirsiniz. Tabiki fiyatlar yüksek. 50 lik efes malt 95 tl bir hamburger 180 tl gibi...odalarda tel yok resepsiyona ulaşmak imkansız. Ama herşeye rağmen konumu manzarası ve ikon beach e geçiş kolaylığı açısından cok güzel. Bu arada otel fiyatları da cok değişken. Otelz sitesine bakmanızı öneririm.
