The hotel is in a great location and our room offered wonderful views of the town of Sighisoara, with a balcony outside overlooking the park as well. The hotel itself is a bit dated on the inside, but unless you're after luxury, this won't really make a difference to your trip.

This is a large, grand style hotel, but it's dated and could use some renovations. Our room was large and comfy. The staff was very helpful and considerate. The female manager was very attentive. The breakfast was nothing special...the location was good and there's parking in the back.

At the hotel reception they took care of everything for us, and Miss Adelina was very helpful. Great communication and courteous. Rooms are spacious and lovely. Lift saves the two first floors, but stairs are not so hard if you go to the third floor . They gave us a 10% discount for the breakfast or meals served in the restaurant.

We had a two night stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and the shower was brilliant, we had a balcony and it was a pleasure to sit out on it, very relaxing. The location is perfect for visiting the old town. We had a meal at the hotel in the evening and throughly enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel it was charming

The hotel is in the old town, fantastic location. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast need improvement, it's very average and not tasty. A free parking place. The staff are friendly

Disappointed. We are on a Scenic Cruise land tour extension and it is a luxury cruise line. While other rooms seem to be better, tiny room 301 is only appropriate for a very short single person. You must crouch to get in and out of bed, to use the shower, to sit on the toilet due to slopping ceilings, we have hit our heads several times. The room has no windows, only a small skylight. It was about 100 degrees when we entered- in April- with no AC. After a few hours with the skylight open it is still hot. Very dangerous in case of fire with only one exit. Shower is only handheld, no bath. Breakfast is pretty poor with no decaffeinated coffee, a tiny bit of bruised fruit, and a generally unappealing selection. Management made no effort to correct the room situation.

Rare example of an old European classic hotel with a first class welcome and service. Large comfortable rooms and a beautifully grand restaurant and bar. Our Romanian friend spotted the sign for the museum called Central Underground, which along with the bar, is a reason to pop in even if you aren't staying. It's about life in Romanian in the communist era and is actually quite large and has plenty to see. Loved our dinner in the hotel as well and some great palinka. Would be our first choice when back in the beautiful town.

Beautiful, grand hotel just down the hill from ancient Sighisoara, where Vlad Dracul was rumored to have lived. The hotel is upscale, the rooms are big and beautiful, and the staff is accommodating. Best part... unlike most Romanian hotels, this one has gated parking! We would definitely stay here again.
