Smell. Smell of smoke everywhere, even in non-smoking room. Hotel needs renewal. Staff is friendly. When I asked to change the room, due to the smell, they found another room for me.

The room is average in hygiene. The toilet is smelly. There is a bad smell as soon as you enter the room. There are ants on the bed. My face is rotten from sleeping. You can't see anything in the photo. It's worse in reality than in the photo. Don't stay here if you don't have US dollars and Cambodian riels. If you use RMB, the exchange rate is very high.

The hotel itself is OK, but nothing more. The room has no safe or fridge, and only after intervention was a small fridge brought. No one speaks English at reception, only Chinese or Khmer is spoken as it is a Chinese hotel. There was nothing about this in the hotel description, if it had been the case I would not have booked it. It felt like you were in China.
