This is a budget accommodation and don’t have any high expectations. But at least it has air conditioning with attached bathroom with hot showers and provides the basic amenities for an overnight stay.
Good Points:
(1) Great location near the Koh Rong Pier (3 mins walk) and walking distance to all the eateries, pubs and grocery shops
(2) Reasonably big and clean rooms
(3) Right next to the beach front
(4) Hot water dispenser outside
(5) Aircon is cold and hot water shower is adequate
(6$ Cheapest beach front accommodation at USD25/night for 2 pax
Bad Points:
(1) No bar fridge, hair dryer, nor adequate bath soap and shampoos provided
(2) Simple room amenities with only a double bed and side table. No wardrobe except hangers provided for your clothes to hang (see attached photos)
(3) Poor reception for 4G data roaming and very weak in-house wifi signals for Internet surfing in the room
(4) Feels like a budget and no frills accommodation
My conclusion is that if u don’t spend most of your time in the room and not fussy about the quality of the room, then this is more than adequate and budget-friendly accommodation for you!
At least it’s better than those hostels without air conditioning and shared toilets

Cheap and location is great. Right off the pier we arrived at. Right on the beach. The room doesn’t provide much, but the location is too good to spend time in the room anyway.

The bungalows are very bare bones. There are gaps in the floorboards and wood panels of the walls. The bathroom has a small ”window” in the wall with no way to cover it for privacy. The windows in the bungalow do not lock and there is no storage locker that you can lock your valuables in so there is no security.
There are many roosters nearby that will be loud even at night and early in the morning.
The price is too high compared to the rooms with AC and no holes in the walls/floor. It should be at least the same price as the cost of a can of bug spray since they do not offer any!
Location is good and WiFi is good.

The hotel is a dump, I booked the most expensive room, they gave me this 😵💫 we spent the night there in desperation, we left all bitten by mosquitoes, there are much better hotels nearby, and the price is not high, as it turned out. On the first floor the Chinese were drinking all night and singing karaoke, just a fairy tale 🤣 I recommend walking along the embankment, going into the hotel you like and asking for a room, there were few people, there are free rooms almost everywhere, but for some reason there are none on the trip

Room equipped with the minimum: soap and shampoo provided only upon arrival while we stayed 3 nights. No glass to brush our teeth. 10 seconds of hot water, no cleaning service, so no clean towels every day, dirty bath mat upon arrival, small sink with no place to put our things, sand on the floor upon arrival and be careful, lots of mosquitoes.

The room is really OK. And if you spend more time outside than inside, it's absolutely sufficient. With a few minor details, it would look different. Better mattress (ours was saggy), clean floor mats (hadn't been washed in a while).
The bathroom should definitely be renovated.

I was very angry. My phone was lost in the hotel. I was very sure it was under the pillow. I contacted the hotel many times, but they denied it. My phone’s location reminder was also in the hotel, but the hotel said they didn’t find the phone. It was clearly on the bed, but they refused to admit it. I used to think that Cambodian people were simple and honest, but now it seems ridiculous!
