We spent 3 nights in your facility. Unfortunately, if you are a 4* hotel, then I am ...
The hotel is a European standard max 2* (I personally max 1*)
The photos on the website are misleading.
I'll start with the good things about this accommodation: it is at the end of the beach so it is quiet and peaceful at night. That's all this hotel can offer you for $85 per night.
There are many negatives:
- they have the air conditioner turned directly to the bed where you sleep
- smelly sewage in the whole room (they don't use siphons) disgusting smell in the room.
- only lukewarm water in the shower
- a river flowing right next to the hotel into the sea (try to imagine what it washes away, smart people will understand)
- breakfast only eggs (better no breakfast)
Like in 1* motels if you were there.
After 3 days we moved to another hotel on the beach.
Please consider carefully whether to stay here. The price/performance ratio is very bad. Personally I do not recommend it for $85 per night. On the mainland you would not pay even $10 for this hut!!! By Cambodian standards it is an overpriced **********. When leaving we told the manager that we were going to stay somewhere else for the last night and that this accommodation was bad (he just said it was OK). If this is the approach of a 4* hotel.
I warn anyone who wants to stay here to think twice.

Advantages: The hotel is very quiet and the decoration catching eyes, and the staff are always smiling.
Disadvantages: There are many insects, the equipment is quite old, the room has a musty smell, and the breakfast is not diverse.

Magnificent resort situated at the quiet end of the beach. Beautiful, big clean room, right on the beach. Good food and friendly staff.

The location was great, close enough to the main beach but far away enough to avoid noise and many people. The swimming pool with the bar was the highlight. They only have twin beds (no double beds) and a lot of trouble with their warm water (for the shower) and WIFI. Their on-site restaurant is pricey in comparison with the other restaurants found alongside the beach. The service was friendly and professional. We would recommend this hotel in hopes that they focus on their amenities and facilities.
