AAnonymous UserThe rooms and clean and big but when you try to find the hotel on google map it is showing Hotel JAJA instead of ZAZA. And they should mention the hourly extra payments of the staying in the day when you take consecutive nights.

GGuest UserDisappointing 2nd stay. Room had a nice TV (4K), but the ondol heating was not on when I entered the room. It only became lukewarm later. The electric blanket was broken. I had to sleep wearing a jacket. It was far too cold.

AAnonymous UserEven though the check-in confirmation is late, please let me enter first, and the boss and staff are so friendly! The room was spacious and clean, and there were many places to eat near the hotel, so the location was great !! I want to visit again! However, it was difficult to see because the Internet was slow or YouTube was slow. ㅠㅠ

GGuest UserThe room was very cold until 2am in the morning. At first it was 12 degrees, then 14 degrees. I complained to the front desk and they said they had turned the heating on. By midnight it was 18 degrees and then around 22 degrees when I woke up.
I don’t recommend this hotel in winter.

GGuest UserI have stayed here three times. The third time was disappointing. They put me on the third floor next to the front desk. I much preferred the rooms upstairs with more privacy. I was the only one put on the 3rd floor. Why? It felt like a hostel.
Also, it was noisy. The people in the room above me were loud until 2am. It was difficult to sleep.
