The room was very cold until 2am in the morning. At first it was 12 degrees, then 14 degrees. I complained to the front desk and they said they had turned the heating on. By midnight it was 18 degrees and then around 22 degrees when I woke up.
I don’t recommend this hotel in winter.

It's much cleaner and nicer in person than in the pictures. The counter staff are also friendly. There are a lot of shops nearby and there's a convenience store right there~~ I came for my birthday and had a good rest!

The rooms and clean and big but when you try to find the hotel on google map it is showing Hotel JAJA instead of ZAZA. And they should mention the hourly extra payments of the staying in the day when you take consecutive nights.

앙앙가히The sea with a window view was pretty. It was nice that the two sides of the room were windows. It was amazing that not only the blinds but also the windows were automatically opened. However, I went with a friend and I was a little embarrassed because there was no door in the bathroom.

GGuest UserDisappointing 2nd stay. Room had a nice TV (4K), but the ondol heating was not on when I entered the room. It only became lukewarm later. The electric blanket was broken. I had to sleep wearing a jacket. It was far too cold.

The room was spacious and clean, and there were many places to eat near the hotel, so the location was great !! I want to visit again! However, it was difficult to see because the Internet was slow or YouTube was slow. ㅠㅠ

GGuest UserI have stayed here three times. The third time was disappointing. They put me on the third floor next to the front desk. I much preferred the rooms upstairs with more privacy. I was the only one put on the 3rd floor. Why? It felt like a hostel.
Also, it was noisy. The people in the room above me were loud until 2am. It was difficult to sleep.
