這次入住體驗還不錯。酒店位置很安靜，晚上睡覺完全沒被打擾。早餐種類豐富，中式西式都有，能滿足不同口味需求。不過房間剛進去時有點異味，散味耗時較長，這方面希望酒店可以改進下，總體還是值得推薦的。

衞生情況一般，相比較外地同樣的全季衞生不算很好，房間裏毛髮多，進店時問可不可以房間升級，前台問我是不是鉑金貴賓，我説是的，然後看了一眼電腦説沒房間了，我朋友説沒房間在那看了幹嘛，意思不需要看了，沒房間就不升級，在此過程中有些許不愉快，進房間後我在網上看我們要升級的房型還是開着售賣的，説明此房型還是能升級的，然後朋友打電話到前台意思網上有空房，前台説沒有房型給我們升級，確認問房間有為什麼有但是和我們説沒有了，前台説是攜程保留房，保留房不就是留着給我們渠道預訂客人的嗎？話術明顯敷衍人，前台王芳服務態度不算太好，直接回復了客人如果你不相信我也沒辦法，讓人很無語，同樣是酒店從業人員，能這麼回答客人問題我也是服氣，把對讓給客人不是最基本的禮貌體現嗎？
