酒店前台服務態度非常非常好，很熱情，基本有求必應，主要是價格很親民很實惠，停車免費，出入都很方便，在新城區，離玉器街很近，設施很齊全酒店房間衞生也非常乾淨，房間空間很大，都有窗户住的舒服，很安逸

所謂的特色主題工業風其實就是毛坯房！連地板磚都不捨得鋪，刷了層漆就算了。床單被套都是污漬發黃，洗手間地板都已經發黃了，積滿了污垢。一進去給人的感覺很糟糕。我們是晚上入住的，前台的態度特別不好，説要換房型先去看看房間，什麼都不説就直接讓我們上去，也沒説有沒有人帶。後面受不了了，衹能加錢升級房型，不會再來第二次。
