In love with every single detail about this property. I would never mind spend all my life there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They suggested beautiful places to explore Tunis. We came late and haven’t bought dinner and they offered to us all the kitchen appliances and we cooked dinner. It was a fab experience 💙

The internet is very slow and the road to the lobby is not accessible by car. But the services are good and the staff are pleasant.

It doesn't live up to its name. The car can't reach the door. You lower your head and enter a dark little courtyard. There are no formal rooms, no elevators and steep stairs. Don't go up the stairs! ! !

Difficult to find, small and dirty streets, entrance to the hotel not indicated. The hotel is in very bad condition, uncomfortable sofas are impossible to use, dirty beds and pillows that smell bad. Bathrooms in bad condition. Room without natural light, and without maintenance. Wifi impossible. The only positive thing was the kindness of the workers who are not to blame for the poor condition of the hotel. Obviously, the owner only takes money and does not spend it on improving the conditions of the hotel.

l’esperienza è stata pessima e quindi siamo letteralmente fuggiti pur avendo il soggiorno già pagato. Cominciando dalla location, il dar non è né segnalato e si trova in una zona estremamente sporca e che sembra poco sicura anche di giorno. L’accoglienza purtroppo inesistente: al citofono non parla nessuno, ci avventuriamo autonomamente all’interno del dar accolti invece dal forte odore di naftalina. Il check-in a gesti a causa di una evidente barriera linguistica (ne francese ne inglese) e probabilmente dalle condizioni di salute precarie della ragazza, che sul divano ha raccolto svariati fazzoletti usati. Il palazzo mostra i segni di una passata bellezza ormai più che dimenticata e coperta di polvere e abbandono, la camera buia con un pesante odore di chiuso e di muffa. Soffrendo di asma sono letteralmente scappato pur avendo già pagato il soggiorno, sarebbe stato impossibile e pericoloso per la salute dormire in un letto senza biancheria pulita (letteralmente una coperta di pail e due cuscini anch’essi di pail) figuriamoci lavarsi in un bagno con macchie nere di umido e sporcizia. Inutile menzionare il Wi-Fi non funzionante.

Très joli décor, très préservé Situation pas mal, au pied de la medina et avec un parking assez sécurisé à une centaine de mètres de l'hôtel. Ce lieu s'apparente plus à une pension qu'un hôtel. Le petit dèj est compris et j'ai pu compter sur la gentillesse de la dame qui s'en occupe, pour prendre en compte les problématiques (pas de sucre) et obtenir ma théière (au lieu de la petite tasse :-) Le lit est très grand et très confortable ! Il aurait manqué un peu de linge de bain (pour ne pas mettre de l'eau partout en sortant de la douche). Personnel très gentil et à l'écoute
