A huge thank-you to the housekeeping staff for going above and beyond during my stay, especially to Ms Aiman. The room was always cleaned with care, well-stocked, and fresh every single day. Their attention to detail and consistency really made a difference in the comfort of my stay. All the staff were really polite, respectful, and accommodating to any requests. Truly excellent service—thank you!

Aimed took good care of us. We were a group of pilots staying in Ramada hotel for about a month. She took good care of us. I give thanks to the entire hotel management team for our comfortable stay. She helped us with our Laundry service. She is humble and very sweet nature lady. You can trust her anytime of the day.

There was a smell in washroom and inspite of changing the room reception has not taken seriously and not changed the room. Apart from all charging point having low outputs for mobile charging taking so many hours to charge.

Hotel was marvellous 👌 and there facility like gym spa and pool we enjoyed a lot and take every services just fantastic all the facilities and staff is nice Aditi is very helpful and all the hotel staff is good thankyou
