Firstly the staff were amazing. The best service I have ever received! You feel part of a family there. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The hotel offers wonderful river views and is surrounded by nature. The short walk to the beach is about 20 minutes. It's the perfect place to relax. The food was exceptional. Every day we ate breakfast and our evening meal at the hotel restaurant next to the river and the food was 100% fresh and exciting every time. We reached to the hotel easily from Istanbul by road. You can also reach the hotel nicely by road from Istanbul Airport. The hotel reception kindly arranged an airport transfer for us. The reception even helped us with a problem we had with our flights! Various languages are spoken by the staff. You can use the peddle boat on the river. Our room was always perfectly clean and cosy. We can't wait to return to Alesta Butik Otel. Don't miss this hotel!

I have broke my leg and using crutches, therefore I needed a ground floor room without any steps. I phoned the hotel and asked if they have a ground floor room. They confirmed and said the room is on the ground floor. I paid the deposit. When we arrived we saw that the room had 4 big steps, it wasnt straight in. It wasn’t suitable for me. I told them I can’t stay there and requested my deposit back. The woman called Tulay blatantly refused to give my deposit back. She was absolutely cold faced and not understanding my situation. Also, the place needs full refurbishment, the so called pool is very dirty. Please don’t waste your money and go there. They’ll do anything to get your money.
