Living in NE India, finding a warm-hearted place to stay while traveling is always our desire. We found it at Ramada Encore Siliguri. Lobby ambience was beautifully created, receptionist very warm, escorted us to our room, front doorman respectful in greeting us, dining attendees very mindful of our needs, maintenance staff responded well to our “heat-in-the-room need, rooms very well maintained, new, hallways warmly carpeted, room numbers lit up well, bakery in lobby lounge tasty, so many good things to share! It was a happy place for us!

Great hotel in Siliguri ,in affordable price,and great hospitality, it's near Siliguri junction railway station and Tenzing Norway bus stand, it's located at middle of Siliguri, best for family and friends. The hotel is 24*7 open food is also available.

The property ambience was good but the food and service was not good it was beyond expectations. The food service in the restaurant was not proper, it took a to much time to serve and the food quality was not good and also the morning complementary breakfast was not good.
