This hotel is realy excellent for the family winter holiday. All services are perfect. The staff very kind and professional, the dishes delicious, the wellness and pool fine. Thank you Claudio, Stefania ant all others, we spend a wonderful time. Sillian is a great ski resort with a beautiful view.

Great stay and excellent quality/price ratio. Your team of staff are amazing! Very kind, professional and going above and beyond; there must be a great and passionate leader behind the team, I am betting on it!. As Airline Captain (Cathay Pacific), and having been flying all around the world for the past 20 years and still flying and staying in top hotels, I say with confidence that it is not common coming across such a great and dedicated team made of passionate and well trained individuals with amazing personalities traits going above and beyond to make your guest experience priceless. You have an A TEAM, keep it that way. Lots of businesses and corporations ( E.G Boeing in this D.N.A) undermine the critical importance of having a great team with a passionate leader. Behind successful companies there are great people! Your hotel is a clear example under all aspects: from Welcoming to check out, house keeping, quality and options of food ( Amazing), to allow us to have breakfast after 10 am and overall throughout the stay in every interaction with your happy, vibrant, passionate team members with always a smile to offer. Great hotel with incredible price/quality ratio! The stuff is very kind and fast! Location is great, 5 min drive to ski slopes… They have all inclusive offer for all drinks which is amazing! Definitely would recommend it to Everybody!

Above expetations,great value for money. Location is beautiful, nature spectacular, food delicious, kids animators unbelievable, for recommendation to nature lovers and family with kids. I suggest to choose hotel system for reservation.

Location, logistica e servizi eccezionali. Consigliatissimo per vacanza in famiglia. Un ringraziamento speciale a Emma e Claudio della sala ristorante stube, gentilissimi, disponibili, attenti e simpatici. Torneremo sicuramente.

Il nostro soggiorno è andato molto bene. Struttura pulita, ristorazione molto buona e varia e poi in modalità buffet (x chi ha figli è il top secondo me!). Personale cortese, soprattutto in sala ci ha coccolato per tutta la settimana, Claudio, sempre gentile e attento alle nostre necessità. Il posto è ben servito (autobus, treno) quindi anche se nn si un mezzo, si arriva facilmente agli impianti o nei paesini vicini.
