"City Star Hotel Kulai Review I recently stayed at City Star Hotel Kulai, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel has a very demure and cozy atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to unwind. One of the nice touches was the free drinks available in the fridge at the lobby, which is a thoughtful addition for guests. There’s also a minibar in the room, adding to the convenience. Speaking of the room, it was spotless—definitely one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Overall, City Star Hotel offers great value with little extras that make a difference. If you’re in Kulai and looking for a comfortable, no-fuss stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering."

"I booked a Queen bed room. The exterior of the hotel looks like a very old building, but the room surprised me. It looks new, with fantastic decoration and design, and is comfortable, cozy, and spacious. The air conditioner is very cold too. The toilet is super clean, which I would rate 5/5. Pros: ✅ WiFi ✅ Mini refrigerator ✅ Safe box ✅ Iron & ironing board ✅ Tea bags / instant coffee in the room ✅ Free outdoor parking (limited spaces) Cons: ❌ Noisy - the noise cancellation could be improved. I could hear footsteps and conversations when someone walked by my room (my room is located near the lift). ❌ The fridge in my room is not functioning. Definitely I will book this hotel again in future."

"The hotel does not provide breakfast, and the pillows are too soft. It is recommended that a single bed provide two pillows and a double bed provide four pillows next time."

"The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and i’m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, i’m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the receptionist."

"Good location budget hotel in Batu Pahat, booked the hotel at last minute with affordable price. Staffs provided an excellent service, they'll place the parking coupon for guest in the next morning. The Standard Twin Room just average, cleanliness could be better, good water pressure but slightly slow Wifi. Overall, it was a good stay!"
