Love the front desk people. absolutely they go above and beyond for you very friendly staff. Jasmine always has a smile on her face and Rell is always very helpful. They are also working on cleaning it up by giving a face lift to the hotel new paint picture ect...

Everybody is spectacular Jasmine,Darrell, and Kat have went above and beyond for me. They are kind, respectful and their hospitality is amazing. Thank you for a great experience I will be staying for a very long time! I’ve never had a problem with them or the buildings cleanliness.

Worst experience ever, stay away from this place I got arrested trying to get help from this people I called cause my card key wasn’t working that was a 3 am after I come back from my daughter birthday and the guy that answered told me to stop bothering and he hanged out that really upset me, I call the police for help cause he don’t want to let me go in when de police arrived they told me that that guy don’t want me there I was asked to leave and I didn’t cause I was paying for my room he even told the police that I was driving drunk I record a lot so I have proof but this place will here from me very soon

The General Manager is amazing! Very friendly and understanding! The property is amazing the other customers are very friendly as well as the staff! The kitchen is very spacious and the bathrooms are always clean! i would recommend anyone to stay here

this place was awful stayed for 30 min and checked out, DO NOT STAY HERE, the whole weight of the door to my room had to be lifted up to close and open it as if it had been kicked in before and poorly repaired, everything besides the bed was dirty and the room smelled like feet and you can tell it was not the safest place to be staying to be honest to say the least, I don't know how this place is still in business

Well first off the Shower head was broken so poor water stream because it sprayed everywhere , the linen was dirty had stains or someone sat on it that was dirty, and fire alarm flashed all night which looked like a strobe light going off constantly I doubt I will go back

Deborah the receptionist was rude and had the worst attitude , she Made threats like “don’t rush me bc I have the key to your room and can go in anytime” , “I will cancel your reservation and act like you never booked it”. She was the rudest , most ghetto, and unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever encountered . While our stay there within an hour the fire dept came bc of a stove fire and the hotel didn’t evacuate anyone. These rooms are non smoking and the room I was in heavily filled with cigarette smell. I requested another room and she refused. Unpleasant atmosphere and service.

Need to hear from the Manager of Wood Springs Suites in Simpsonville. A dispute is in process through Booking .com and we were informed that Wood Springs is unresponsive. This is unacceptable. Full refund requested.

Reviews don't mean anything anymore! We arrived at the hotel and it looked okay from the outside. We went to check in and the room they were giving us was a smoking room and I had reserved a non-smoking. No problem gave us a room on the first floor. We checked in, they handed us our very thin towels. Went to the room and it was AWFUL! Our shoes stuck to the floor. The little kitchen area looked like someone had burned the wall. No way I would have been comfortable staying there. We left!
