酒店本身的設施還是挺全的，停車場，房間設施，餐廳都全，但是服務管理確實不咋樣：酒店有兩個餐廳，一個是早餐廳，在酒店旁側，一個是黔味軒餐廳，在温泉區的最裡麪，客人中午入住酒店後要就餐，前台説早餐廳不開，要去温泉餐廳，可是沒有任何指示牌顯示餐廳如何走，轉了2圈，一位客人指引我們從別墅旁後門進去。下午泡完温泉已是近6點，温泉餐廳説先接待已預訂的三桌客人，散客要一個半小時後看看，沒辦法，又去前台問，説是早餐廳接待團隊預訂或包間，再問散客咋辦，復：可以叫外賣，暈！或出門右拐半小時路程去街上餐館，附近沒任何就餐的地方。沒辦法，在小超市買了方便麪回房間將就。温泉泡池很小，水極淺，大部分水温在36-37度，洗臉還湊合，泳池沒水，蚊子多，早餐除了現煮的麪還算熱外，粥是温的，紅薯饅頭煎荷包蛋煮雞蛋是涼（同室温）的，蛋糕等甜點是冰的！大概從冰櫃裏剛拿出來吧。想問服務員再要一瓶礦泉水，服務員説酒店規定每間房就2瓶，超出部分每瓶3元，再暈！酒店管理水平實在太次了，説實在每位工作人員迴應的態度都極好，但見了客人幾乎沒主動打招呼，服務水平是我所住過的酒店和温泉中最失望的，真的要好好改進！

太喜歡這家酒店了，環境好，房間很大，大堂氣派，床品乾淨舒服，衞生間也很大，乾濕分離，睡前泡泡澡很舒服，裝修很有格調，第二次入住了。

一家老牌温泉酒店了，設施維護得很好，性價比很高，服務不錯，早餐也很精緻，值得多次體驗！酒店外的風景也非常好，不輸大牌景區，上圖為證。

房間挺漂亮的，很大，挺豪華的，乾淨衞生，如果可以希望配置一次性馬桶墊
比較晚去到，泡温泉的時候很多池子都不熱了
想着早上應該池子比較多了吧
結果10點半也衹是開了幾個池子
問了服務員説中午才開
感覺有點失望
畢竟有些客人中午前就走了，就泡不了池子了

擴店以後第一次去，酒店環境比以前好多了，但是進入温泉區卻要走上一大截路了，春節期間，温泉區沒有更換毛巾，一條毛巾到頭還是很冷的
