While there were some great moments, our overall experience was disappointing due to several service and amenity issues. The Good: ✅ Stunning Room View (After Upgrade): Once I upgraded to the Prestige Premium Centre View (for an extra arm 😢), the view of Marina Bay Sands, the CBD, and Marina Bay was breathtaking. ✅ Excellent Housekeeping: The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The Not-So-Good: ❌ Slow Check-In & Check-Out: Long, 30-minute queues for both check-in and check-out made the process frustrating. Even the express counter had delays. ❌ Misleading Room Descriptions: The Swiss Premium Marina Bay Suite did not include a view of MBS, as the name implied. I had to pay extra to get the view I originally expected. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. ❌ No Bidet Spray in the Bathroom: A surprising omission for a hotel of this level, especially in Asia. When I asked about it, the staff’s response was simply to “use a mug,” which came across as dismissive. ❌ Cold & Poorly Managed Breakfast: The Indian and Asian dishes were served cold, affecting the overall dining experience. ❌ Delayed Deposit Refund: My deposit refund was delayed for two days, and I had to follow up multiple times to get it processed. Final Thoughts: For the premium price and Swissôtel’s brand reputation, I expected better service, transparency, and amenities. While the room (after the upgrade) was a highlight, the service inconsistencies, misleading booking details, and long wait times made this one of my more frustrating hotel stays. ⭐ Rating: 2.5/5 – Could be much better with improved service, clearer room descriptions, and basic amenities like a bidet spray. Would I return? Only if these issues are addressed.

We reserved a twin bedroom, and they assigned us a room at the end of the corridor. It was odd that the shower area had a window, and the curtain didn't completely cover it on either side, making it possible to see through while showering. We couldn't accept this and asked for a solution or a room change. Initially, the reception staff mentioned that all twin bedrooms were the same, but ultimately, they couldn't resolve the issue and moved us to another twin bedroom without a window, which turned out to be much better.

Grateful and thankful to the team. What a memorable stay and experience. The room, quality and service is what you will expect staying at Ritz Carlton, just amazing :)

I recently stayed at Coliwoo Orchard, and it was a decent experience overall. The location is a major plus, right in the center of Orchard Road, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. However, while the room was clean and modern, I found it a bit smaller than I expected for the price. The staff were friendly but occasionally seemed overwhelmed during busy times, leading to longer wait times for services. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you prioritize location, but there are areas for improvement in service and room comfort.

Pro: - hotel location is fantastic. - heritage wing is very nice and not your typical carpeted hotel room deco. - hotel breakfast is good. Con: - receptionist mentioned that I cannot take my wedding photos at public area due to PDPA. So I ask if public area without any guests, is it okay. The receptionist said he will consult his supervisor and get back to me. However, even after I checked after 2 nights stay, nobody get back to me. - hotel room toilet seat cover has pee stain before we even use. - the room door lock is loose and felt like might drop off anytime.

Very convenient location, the front desk and restaurant staff are very enthusiastic, and the front desk is happy to help guests solve various problems. The room is spacious and clean, suitable for traveling with children (extra bed can be added). I forgot to take a photo of the small room with partition and extra bed. The single bed can sleep an adult. Daily cleaning and timely replacement of related supplies.

It is a very suitable apartment for short stay. The location is very convenient. There are buses and subways every day. It is close to everything. There are restaurants across the street. The choices are rich, convenient and affordable. The facilities in the room are very complete. There are all the necessary facilities, such as hair dryer, iron, tableware, kitchenware, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven and refrigerator. Although the room space is cramped, there is plenty of storage space and the design is thoughtful. There are two shortcomings. One is that there is a bar next door. There will be loud noise on weekends and nights. It will be quiet around 1 o'clock. The other is that there is no front desk at Coliwoo Rivervalley. You can only contact by phone, whatsapp, WeChat or email. The response speed is not so immediate. It was a bit confusing to check in. One day, the room card suddenly couldn't open the door. I waited outside the door for more than 20 minutes in the middle of the night.

Shangri-La Singapore is a fantastic place for families, especially those with young children. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, ensuring endless fun for the little ones. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. A perfect stay for a family-friendly getaway!

Bought a stay voucher via Trip app to experience this newly open hotel in the heart of Orchard. Hotel entrance is facing Paragon shopping mall. Small cosy lobby with lots of sitting area. Modernised check-in counter where you could stand beside the staff during the check-in. Check-in staff was not smiling when welcoming us. Bad first impression. Our club access room was upgraded from classic to superior which I felt thankful but nothing to wow about because from the pictures both classic and superior rooms looked similar. Had to take a lift up to the general floor on the 4th where a lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and the club residence rooms are located. There is also a currency exchange machine at the end of the hallway. Our room was located on the 6th so we had to take a 2nd lift up. Felt abit cramped on the 4th floor where the hallway is narrow. Hallway on our room floor was normal width. Room was great, clean and simple. Fitted nicely with basic stuff. Shower was good, rain shower could be better with smaller and more holes. Archive Club is located on the 4th at the end of the hallway to Club Residences' rooms. Lovely, cosy and staff here were super friendly and helpful. Evening cocktail (5-7pm) has a small variety of canapes and not too shabby array of alcohol available. Had my breakfast here as well, ala-carte buffet. Can customise own preferences for the food you want to have. Breakfast also comes with champagne. Did not have a meal at Eden restaurant. Do take note no bathroom slippers allowed as a dress code. Swimming pool looks to be about 15m long, no one was using the pool when we visited. 5 cabanas that required reservation which you may do so via a QR code on your tv in the hotel's facility catalogue. Bar in the lounge has an extensive range of alcohol available. The lounge looks to be very cosy as well. Check out was smooth and quick. Staff bidded us goodbye with a smile. Overall an enjoyable stay here

Hotel close to the mall within walking distance. You can have breakfast or dinner at nearby mall as well. The hotel staff were nice and friendly. We did order Grab food delivery and Grab car and the staff were attentive as well.
