Stayed for 4D3N here with a family member, amazing service by Shannen, Mae, Divina and Ryan 🫶🏻🩷✨️ The location was slightly confusing since it's very close to a restaurant, but Shannen came to assist us for temporary storage as we wait for check-in time. Everyone promptly gave us assistance when needed and prepared detailed instructions on getting the digital key for our stay. Definitely recommended for young travelers, not really suitable for family + kids.

Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

The hotel located on China town and very close to subway station around 2 mins walk. The room is clean and have necessary accommodations such as hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, utensils, universal adapter and etc. You also can do laundry for free. Their staffs Kalvin and Mary were so nice, polite and very helpful. If you have the chance to visit Singapore this is the great place to stay. 😉

Our stay was great! The location was incredibly convenient, with the Sultan Mosque, numerous restaurants, and souvenir shops just a short walk away. The Bugis subway station is also nearby ~10 min walk, making it easy to explore the city. We booked a loft with a balcony, which was enough space for two people. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the AC was a lifesaver given Singapore's hot climate. While we didn't use the balcony as much as we'd hoped due to the heat, it was a nice touch. The staff was outstanding! Shannen, Andrew, and Jarwin deserve special recognition for their helpfulness, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Communication with the hotel was excellent. All interactions happened through WhatsApp, with clear instructions provided before check-in. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The free laundry service was a pleasant bonus, and being able to leave our luggage until 6 PM on our departure day was incredibly convenient.

This hotel uses a digital concierge. You check in and check out online. You’re assigned a digital key after checking in. But Maica, Mary and Lily went the extra mile to create a WhatsApp group and attended to any queries or information I need. Constantly reminding me and checking on me to see if everything is ok. Kudos girls!!
