I liked that the room was spacious and clean. Whatever we needed, they had everything so we weren't lacking anything during our stay there. It was comfortable and I myself slept really well at night.
The only thing that my mum disliked was that the room makeup service was a little disturbing. If we needed a clean-up, we would have put up the mak-eup room sign outside our door. On some days, we needed some privacy. But anyway, the cleaners did a good and neat job.
Overall, 'I would rate the hotel reception service 7.5 out of 10.
1. Received an email, asking for my booking confirmation no and details. That was on the 4th day of our stay. The staff apologised to me for the mistake when I enquired with her if anything was wrong.
2. Requested for a 1 day's extension and made the payment at the reception. The staff who attended to me did not send me a receipt copy immediately upon acknowledgement. I only managed to get it about an hour later when I sent a gentle email reminder on it.
3. I was not able to access my room when I tapped the key a few times on the door. I was already feeling tired and had to go down to the lobby again to seek for assistance.🙄
