Excellent overall experience, service call taken a little bit long to get through. Very clean swimming pool, lift waiting time bit long , I will definitely book this place again, and highly recommended to anyone. Easy access to shopping precincts

Had an amazing stay at PanPac Orchard with my wife to celebrate her birthday! Staff there has exceptional hospitality and they made my wife & I felt really welcomed. We can feel their genuineness in wanting to serve us & other guests. Kudos to them!

Very nice. I sleep well. Air quality is very good. Amenities is ample. The interior is new well planned and functional for basic needs. The balcony is a must for social gather and drinking.
