Very nice approachable staff who readily cater to the guests. Clean common areas :) there is a lockable cubicle beside the bed and a TV in the pod as well

It was located in good location to visit China town. The room and area were clean but some amenities need to be improved. Self-check in was not too much friendly due to scanning system of the machine.

The capsule’s actually more spacious than that of other hostel. It’s also very clean and I felt super safe during my stay that I even left my iPad in the capsule instead of the lockers and no one would take it, not that I recommend doing that. I love the fact that it has cold water dispenser so I can save money from buying drinking water. The staff is friendly and helpful, she knew I’m coming for the Lady Gaga show so she wished me a fun concert. One feedback is the bathrooms can be very hot at times due to poor ventilation so I always pick the one that nears the windows.

Jyu Capsule Hotel is very good. Capsule is clean and comfortable. There are many useful things in the capsule: Slippers, towel, earplugs, bottle of water. The common areas are very clean. The Location of the hotel is near the city center in Chinatown. This hotel is very comfortable for single traveler.

I was a little bit worried before coming because that was my first experience staying in a place that’s kind a hostel. But! I want to say that no need to worry.
I arrived earlier than check-in time but the hotel had already contacted to me in the morning and told me that I can leave my luggage there. That’s what I did. A sweet friendly girl met me in the hotel and explained everything.
The hotel is clean and nice. I was surprised but all people who stayed there were very quiet and nice! None of them made any troubled or loud sounds at nights!
The hotel provided everything you need. The girls and boys that work there are very nice and friendly and ready to help you anytime!
The location is sooo great!

The Hostel was in the middle of China Town, very close to the Metro Station. Everything was very clean and modern. Also at night it was extremely quiet. The Welcome-Kit included a small bottle of water, earplugs, house slippers, a towel and a toothbrush with toothpaste. There was also a free water dispenser and washing machines. The only thing was that the toilet/shower rooms were very humid so it was difficult to dry after showering and sometimes the showerrooms were already wet, but that was ok for me :)
I enjoyed my stay in this tiny but clean and affordable capsule hotel and would come again :)

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Chinatown, a few minutes away from all the main MRT lines and walking distance all the main destinations.
Plenty of common space and facilities makes it a great destination for both, tourists and business travelers on a lower budget.
