Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was small and a bit tight, but the hotel itself was super clean and comfy. The location is amazing — right in the heart of Chinatown and directly connected to Telok Ayer MRT via Icon Link.
The view from the room was gorgeous, overlooking the colorful and lively Chinatown area. Definitely a great option if you're looking for a place to stay while exploring Singapore!

We knew the room was small when we booked, but it's even smaller than expected when we arrived! Bathroom was tiny, cannot even turn around lol ammenities were basic, service was basic - staff basically just checked you in and out and that's it! Only good thing was location - was close to all the hawker halls we wanted to try

Good Choice for Business & Leisure Travelers ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I booked Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre for my colleagues who were visiting Singapore on a short business trip with some time for leisure. They had a very pleasant stay and gave great feedback. The location is superb — centrally located and easily accessible by MRT and taxi. It’s convenient for both meetings in the CBD and exploring nearby attractions like Chinatown, Clarke Quay, and Marina Bay.
Rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable space to rest after a long day. The beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and professional. My colleagues also appreciated the in-room amenities and fast Wi-Fi, which made it easy to get some work done. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient, from check-in to check-out. The service team was responsive to requests and made sure everything went smoothly.
This hotel is a great option for corporate travelers, especially those who want a balance of work and relaxation. Would definitely consider booking again for future guests or teams coming to Singapore. Highly recommended!

Really nice hotel, good location. The pool is huge which was nice! Value for money was good for this hotel too. Has laundry facilities you can use too with $5 in coins for each wash and $5 to dry too. Really nice room too. Would definitely recommend - very close to the train/MRT too.

It was perfect stay! The room wasnt that small as I expected. It was very well designed. It was perfectly located in the centre of Chinatown
