The architecture and design is so special. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. A Dyson blow dryer is such a nice touch. The complimentary car service is great too

Decided to do a staycation in a deluxe balcony king and it was amazing. Loved the vibes of the hotel. The spa was really good too. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They really focus on giving their guest a good experience. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful and spacious Premier balcony room for a family of 4. It was perfect as we have separate room with toilet and bathroom facilities. We just walk across to enable yo see our loved one. Highly recommended

Looking at the reviews and photos, we decided to celebrate our joyous occasion of marriage in this hotel. We have gotten a free upgrade from a deluxe king to premier king, while we really appreciate the kind gesture that the hotel has given. What we were really hoping was having some personalized touch to the stay, such as some level of decoration or something as simple as a towel animal that celebrates our marriage. We saw some reviews of people getting birthday cake during their stay, but throughout our 3D2N, we had nothing. We also had some things left by previous guests in the room, which was not cleared, but that is not an issue. Nonetheless, the hotel stay was pleasant, and the rooms were clean, and the amenities were great.
For a 5-star hotel, services could be better.

It’s our wedding anniversary , they prepared complimentary decoration for us, it’s beautiful. The room is clean and walking distant to amenities. Enjoyed our stay a lot. We will come again. Thanks.

It was a wonderful experience!! Love the aesthetic of the design of the hotel. The room was also spacious with high celling, cozy and clean.

Our room didnt have hot water for the shower, probably water heater faulty. Hotel helped us to change a room the next day and all was good for the new room. Nice high ceilings.
