The facilities are very new and the location is very good, right next to the shopping mall. But there is one thing that must be complained about. Two hours after leaving the hotel, I found that a large bottle of shower gel, Kerastase shampoo and a washing brush that I had just bought were left in the hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately, but only got the washing brush. The hotel said there was nothing else. I can only sigh. In domestic star-rated hotels, even if I threw away unwanted clothes next to the trash can, the hotel would call to confirm. But here, even though they clearly had my Singapore mobile phone number and knew that I had lost something, no one contacted me. Two bottles of toiletries were also missing. The shower gel that I had just bought for only one day was 500ml. It was obviously not discarded by the guest but forgotten to take it away, and it just disappeared. Before leaving the hotel, I didn't know that something was lost. I wrote a good review with the idea that I was good for you, me and everyone else. I wouldn't have written it earlier! I can only comfort myself that it was just a few hundred yuan, but the service management of the hotel is really much worse than that in China!

My two children and I have promised ourselves that we will endeavor to book Quincy House Singapore (QHS) for our future trips to the Lion City. We were treated to a very well executed two-bedroom deluxe plus experience for three of us from New York City.  Accessibility to Singapore’s main places of interest via public commute options, and outstanding standard of service put forward by almost every member of the QHS management as well as staff have convinced me that it will be worthwhile to book our suite early in advance before availability becomes wishful thinking.  My review for QHS is incomplete without special mention of the following ladies and gentlemen at QHS Front Desk Reception who labored every day to make my daughter and son comfortable, relaxed and simply at home: Ivan is truly gifted in exceeding hospitality and customer service expectations, he is conversational, personable and refined, Matt has attention for details and is very thoughtful, Nava & Resh are friendly and helpful, Nur is very polished and immensely proactive, Stella is fastidious in following up with requests and last but not least, Siti, Kat, Dev - all gave us a very warm welcome. Overall, Ivan, Kat and Nur are most exemplary because my kids updated me that they interacted with them more often than the other QHS staff. My kids shared with me that they received suggestions and recommendations from them more frequently and got to chat with them more too. Except for the fact that my daughter and I were looking forward to bathtubs where we can take baths in the bathrooms instead of showers, and that the shoe cabinet was unprepared for our size 10 shoes right next to the apartment entrance; to be neatly housed behind its door, I’d say the entire 7-day stay from Feb 15th til Feb 22nd 2025 was exquisite. The awesome pool definitely made up for not taking baths. We swam every day as a family and individually. Priceless! Am thankful for our designated housekeeper Hirah who made the apartment suite a joy to go back to everyday after her tidying. Am very much indulged and obliged because I can enjoy the scenic, beautiful view instead of fussing over housekeeping.  Congratulations on adding a new landmark to Singapore’s world class hospitality landscape. We truly cannot wait to be back at Quincy House Singapore again!

Great staff. Their service was exceptional. Very hospitable. This amazing service makes up for other weak points(like breakfast options). i love their attention to detail especially from the cleaning lady Xiao Rong. She is awesome! I hope staff like her get rewarded for their awesome service.

My stay in Quincy House is the best memorable moment though only 1 week buti i wish i can extend my stay. I feel like home. My check in date with my kids and husband on 16/2/25 & check out on 22/2/25 due to my house renovation. My room no.1909. I am so super delighted with the warm service with the front counter team & management. Not forgetting Kat for warm welcome me and my family on our 1st day. She brought us tour with open heart. Follow by Manager Nur, Siti, Matt & Stella with warm & excellent service., Nur is super duper helpful soul! Thanks again to Nur for your time and effort. Very humble, polite, well mannered, well groomed. They seems always available to assist you i swear! Not forgetting their engineering team who assist with our washing machine. They attended to us very prompt and make sure all perfectly fine. To my room attendant Hirah, thank you for making and tidy our room super clean daily. Seriously no regret guys!

Absolutely loved this property! The pool and gym are fantastic, making it a great place to relax and stay active. The apartment itself is so cosy, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—I had the best sleep in a long time! Highly recommend for a restful and enjoyable stay.
