Ann Siang House has restored Singapore in my plans. It’s ‘cool’, low-Fi, large rooms for Singapore, great lounge, just enough of the stuff you need and one of the other stuff that is there to make you feel important.
China town is the solution to the otherwise beige city centre with lovely streets, great food, and Singapore Vibe.
I really hate to increase any demand for bookings but I’ve had 30 years of ritzy hotels, and all you really want is quality, comfort and ‘ease’. This place is the answer.

Convenient hotel's location within 400m range via walk from Maxwell station.
Near the Chinatown.
Many restaurants and bars along the street.
Cleanliness hotel's room.
With Unlimited snacks and drinks with 24 hr service at lobby.
Don't worry when you travel with large luggage it has an elevator to comfort you.
Good and helpful staffs.

Location was ok but I did not like the windows locket for this type of boutique hotel. Front Desk was not full knowledgeable of booking policy.

Wonderful hotel, room and location. 2nd property we stayed at that's under The Unlimited Collection. Lovely that they have the bar and open pantry for guests at the lobby. It's amazing to be able to walk to Chinatown, raffles place, tanjong pagar etc. Within walking distance of must visit hawker centres such as maxwell, amoy, Hong lim. Staff are really polite and welcoming. The only issue is that the in room TV is not a smart TV which allows one to connect their samsung phone and stream their own shows. We previously stayed at Wanderlust which is under the same group, where the room has a smart tv!! (sorry only a picture of the lobby and a blur screen grab of the bed... but I did take a video of the room which unfortunately I am unable to upload since there isn't a video upload option)

Fantastic location with 2 very good hawker centres within short walking distance. The free flow coffee and snacks bar at the lobby was very delightful. The free 1 hour alcohol drinks on one of the days was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.
