It is very suitable for family vacation. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Children like to play in the hotel swimming pool. It is also very convenient to go to the nearby tourist attractions.

Family room is very compact, not much space at all, expecting 1 toilet to be installed with bathtub but both were standing showers. Room came with breakfast for adults but additional charges for child, some hotels would waive this seeing that kids hardly eat much.

Always loved staying here as the team will go out all with their amazing service as always during check in, presenting us with birthday treats.
Special shoutout to DEM and ABBY who were really sweet when I was checking in with my niece.
Room is just nice with enough amenities and a comfy bed. Although the biggest pool was under Reno, we still had fun. Buffet breakfast spread is great as usual!

Stayed here for one night staycation. Service was good. One of the swimming pool uncles offered us a baby float for my toddler. We didn't know these were available but thx uncle. Main gripe is that the room was really small, not so ideal if u are planning a staycation and want to just rest in room. Bathtub was also narrow. No coffee tea in room. That was a little unhospitable I feel. Bed was comfy.

The hotel design is modern, with a large and beautiful swimming pool. Early check-in is allowed, but there may be a bit of a wait in the queue as the receptionist explains everything in detail. The hotel is accessible and convenient, with a free shuttle bus service, and it's just a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop and train station. The breakfast offers a variety of choices. We were happy to stay at this hotel.
