Customer service was good and the staff there were really friendly and helpful.

Love the bbq pit area as it was just literally in front of our accommodation. Bad thing was that really need improvement in terms of the pillow which was low & my neck hurts, divider door connecting to the next room was loose at one side and almost fell off when i want to close it before sleep, the walking track facing the park very dirty, caught 3 cockroaches crawling in the room at night, mosquito only on the outside. Toilet was decently alright so far, water heater is working well, hair dryer is okay, serenity environment to escape from bustling vehicle noise. Swimming pool definitely need to renovate cos it was greenish when I went for a short morning stroll around the area. Affordable price for those who is looking for a budget bbq chalet.

1) Swimming - Under Maintenance ( Fine, understandable) 2) Room are in such poor quality, even budget "Hotel" seem more neat and well-maintain. 3) Light spoil 4) Fan so dirty 5) There's nothing to do at all, 24/7 stay inside room? (Must well we celebrate at home) 6) This place look so worn off, like some ******* place. Previous "Aloha Changi" is much better than now.. Fyi i'm not a fussy person, usually i'm the one anything also can. This abit too much to accept, I dont expect quality to be as good as hotel but i cant accept that it so worse till im speechless. I hope "CherryLoft" Management do something about it, put yourself in customer feel and honestly your price isnt that cheap* "We get what we paid for"
