The hotel is not new, but come with rather good room condition. It is near to Havelock mrt and many buses to other location in Singapore. Quiet place with good food choices nearby. I have to highlight the Chinese cleaner (young lady) was very friendly. It was really great to get some help from her on my first day of arrival. Such a kind person!

The service was great, the pillows were stained though. Gym is quite small so don't expect much from it. Other than that, quite satisfied with my stay.

Disppointing stay. There is no slippers in the room. Need to ask from the front desk. No complimentary bottle drink. Was told to drink from tap. Light not working and has no label. Could not find the key holder when entering the room. No shower cap provided. No face towel, only bath towel. Seems this hotel is saving cost by not providing the basic necessities.

10 minutes walking distance from outram park mrt, front desk service was great, room is nice and comfort.
