It was an enjoyable stay here - service was great, with friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel and rooms had a lovely Peranakan character throughout. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

The service is great. Fast & efficient. The room is clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Check in is quick. Special rquests are provided and not forgotten. Great location in Katong. Just beside i12 and near bus stops.

The room was nice. But the gym are small.
Also, I was confirmed I can stay at the same room during my check in as I have separated two bookings.
The next day morning I need to rush for packing my luggage to change my room to the next flat.

The staff, namely Andy, those who helped us shift the breakfast into the sheltered area, the staff who delivered the room service items, went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with warmth and professionalism.
The rooms themselves were a highlight—stylish, modern, and impeccably designed. Each room had a unique, artistic touch that reflected the vibrant spirit of Indigo hotels. The attention to detail was evident, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful amenities.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was great. The check-in time was at 3 pm but the receptionist let us check-in at 2:40 pm. The room was very big and there were two toilets which was convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the TV had nice channels like Cartoon Network which my kids loved. The sofa was soft and comfy too. The hotel was also near East Coast and my kids had a fun time there. There were also many malls and restaurants near the hotel which was extremely convenient for us.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo was excellent and I highly recommend it.
