Convenient location! Right opposite Imbian station. The Jr suite is great for family. Also enjoyed the morning Yoga and breakfast there - A la carte, not buffet but it is more than enough. If there is a place to put drinks and phone while using the bathtub it will be great

The location was good, where was close to the monorail station. Room was clean and its size was large enough. Nice for the family to pick.

Clean hotel with great service. There’s a gym, spa and swimming pool and a list of activities for guests to participate.
Staff accommodated to my request and provided a nice birthday surprise in the room.
Carpark is complimentary but the signage to carpark can be bigger.

All Staffs are super nice and helpful. Especially Firdaus, Cheryn and Jay! However I have made a complaint to Darren about the bathroom and it was quickly addressed. So thank you Darren! Overall experience I really enjoyed my stay and will be back with my daughter. Btw it is very convenient to get around the island with free shuttle and monorail.

Had a warm and pleasant welcome by Tiara, who assisted us with a smooth check-in. The hotel did their best to accommodate and prepare for my daughter’s birthday celebration, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious and in a great location near Resorts World Sentosa, though the in-room phone remained unusable despite reporting it on the second morning.

Near the imbiah station.
I especially love the hospitality of the staff. I was having breakfast, and there was a hotel guest who was unable to arrive on time for breakfast . She asked if she could have takwaway some simple breakfast, and the manager gladly agreed. He even offered something better than what the guest asked. The guest was obviously very happy. The manager can just ignore her request as the restaurant is closed, but he didn't and went the extra mile for her.

Room was pleasantly clean and bright however the placement of the queen size bed was somehow causing an obstruction between the wall of ensuite bathroom and the bed. Guests had to either squeeze through the space or make a detour by the living area to the bathroom. We seemed to have s bit of challenge to locate the electrical outlets to use the appliances. Overall, service was great and food too. Reservations dept made the effort from our special request to prepare a little surprise for my son’s birthday celebration!
