The location is great, very close to the metro. There is a lot to explore on foot. The hotel was clean. Only there was no water in the rooms. There was also no hair dryer :))

Rubbish services and not friendly custom service. Non-smoking room full of stinky smell. Definitely won’t book such a hotel again!
Around one hour early checkin needs extra 25 SGD… This is my first time to check in a hotel to have this.

Used condom was left on the floor of my room underneath the bed. Management were unresponsive and unhelpful. Disgusting biohazard and very dangerous. Hotel also advertises a gym but none of its exercise machines work so it may as well not advertise it. Horrible place

The hotel is very ran down and the basement carpark is horrible- some foreign workers sleeping at the carpark - over price - location is good - overall 4/10

I really love to stayed here at the hotel because it is very easy for me to go to the train restaurant, and the view is very nice.

Great location and only a short walk from Fort Canning MRT. Pool was good for kids. Not the biggest but good enough for a cool down. Staff were attentive and helpful to us.
