I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets and towels were not cleaned, and the hotel had reused old, used ones. To make matters worse, there were human hairs on the pillows. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I expected much better cleanliness from this hotel.

I dint have much to say about this hotel except the fact is that, they are scammers.
I arrived early about 1130am and was told that I couldn't check in as there's no rooms available just yet, as they are still doing house keeping.
After asking when's the earliest I could check in..
They said, if I really needed to, that I would have to pay
And additional $40 Singapore dollars for checking in 3.5 hrs earlier than expected.

There is no chair and no fridge. The bathroom has a good shower. The bedroom has a firm mattress. The air conditioner is old technology.

Room is very small and they are not refunding my amount, they confirm end that they will refund my amount but when i raiser cancellation request they denied.
