The hotel I stayed at left a very poor impression. The room was grubby, damp, and infested with mold, making it extremely uncomfortable. The walls were a grimy black, likely due to years of neglect, and the stench of stale food was overpowering.
The service at the hotel was also extremely disappointing. The staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no water available in our room, which made basic hygiene a challenge. We attempted to leave early and check out, but they only relocated us to a different room, which still had unhygienic conditions. Cockroaches were crawling around the room, adding insult to injury.
Moreover, there were various technical issues that made our stay even more unbearable. The Wi-Fi on the fourth floor was nonfunctional, and we encountered water supply interruptions as well as card access and maintenance problems.
After lodging a complaint, the staff's attitude improved slightly, and they even helped us arrange a taxi to transport us to our next destination. However, despite the improvements, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a place to stay, you'd be better off staying somewhere else that provides cleanliness and comfort. Avoid this establishment at all costs!
