I stayed here for 8 hours. Originally i booked for 6, but i got sick and asked to extend my stay, and they could accommodate me. Staff was super kind and friendly and the room was very clean with all the necessary amenities.

The experience was very bad. They kept saying they couldn't find the booking. I couldn't enter the terminal and they didn't allow me to refund part of the money. Ctrip also said they could find the booking.
