Everything was perfect. Smooth check in and check out. Administrators Edmar, Dafne and Nica were ready to help and answer any questions. The location is great - right on Clark quay, not far from Merlion, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade. There were 2 metro stations nearby. The room is modern with fresh furniture, stylish design and all amenities you need like a hair dryer, fridge, microwave, kettle and even washing machine. It was interesting experience to use digital key on the phone instead of physical key. Would recommend to stay here for short and long term trips.

This is a fully automated hotel. I am ok with that because it was made clear that’s the case from day one. Ie what you will do is you will download an app and the app will generate you a key to check in; check in instructions are given by staff via WhatsApp. The hotel also made it clear for example that amenities will be minimal: no toothbrush and paste, no water. Again because it was made clear on day one I am not knocking points off them Singapore hotels are known to be small, so once again I am not knocking any points off the size of the unit What is however important though is if this is a fully automated hotel then the systems better automatically work. That is not the case 1. I received a trip.com message from the hotel to download the app and follow instructions to check in. Upon downloading the app I was to key in my reservation number. Nowhere was I ever given my reservation number. I could only acquire it after I messaged the hotel 2. The hotel key. On average it takes 5-8 times for the cell phone key to successfully activate the second gate on the third floor (the room lock was fine though) 3. Self check out using the app. Error. Had to WhatsApp staff to check me out The staff was thankfully very fast and efficient in responding and extremely helpful. I am very grateful to have them. Maybe it was just me though. If you are doing a fully automated hotel please make sure automation actually works. I have five stars for location hygiene and staff. One star for amenities not because it doesn’t have much to provide (I understand this is a no frills hotel) but just how disappointing the hard-software performed. Seriously this is probably the first time I’ve ever wrote such a heavily worded review

It was a good experience back at Quayside wing. The service provided by Edmar and his team during the period when me and my wife stayed at the apartment from 7 to 9 march was amazing, with all questions and issues attended to wif immediate and careful attention. Will be back in the future and hope the stay will be even better. Thanks

The room I booked is bigger than I expected but bathroom a bit small. The service staff Edmar is really helpful and kind. The contact via WhatsApp is super fast in responses. Thank you for all your help. By the way, if the property can add a small table for eating would be perfect. The desk by the end of the bed not very convenient.

Remote check in and out with very helpful staff of Edmar and Nica. We could leave our luggage after check out but only until 18:00. The room was ok, but small. The air-condition stinks when working with full speed so fumigation is more than needed. It is already 2 days after check out and I am still waiting for refund of pre-authorized deposit.

Hi there guys Id really love to say thanks to the heritage team for accommodating me into their place Firstly i’d like to think the person who came to aid me for my check in I got some issue during my checking in with my phone. But even though its around midnight, that person(i really forgot his name) came to aid me with the check in process and made it smooth Next was Nica, Edmar and Jona( from the whatsapp team) i’ve told them its raining outside and i needed an umbrella. Without hesitation, they went all out to find me an umbrella and put it outside my door The small gesture really matter and yall made my stay at your place really comfortable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I think your boss needa give some appraisals for yall 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
