The hotel experience was pleasant overall. The service stood out — staff were friendly, attentive, and professional from check-in to check-out. Great location just some steps from the Orchard Road MRT. The room had a great view, was very clean and a modern interior. I will definitely come back. The attached photo shows the great view from the shower.
