Overall, I have no complaints about this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have comfortable beds. The staff, including Chris and Mani, are friendly and helpful. It is a plus point that they provide water coolers on each floor's corridor. Despite being an old hotel, it is well-maintained. The location is near Bugis and CT Hall, which is another plus point. Would I stay here again?

A return staycay here, love the hospitality warm greetings. Love the connecting rooms. Good, great & cheerful service rendered by the front desk team. Location was superb and centralised. Awesome!

It is a very old hotel and they didn't upgrade their amenities. The room was big but the toilet sucks and has a sewerage smell. The biggest put off was, the 4th level is rented out to a childcare centre and the hotel pool was used for swimming lessons for the kids! The pool being so small already was filled with 2 groups of kids so what is left for the hotel guests? Me and my kid left the pool after 15mins. Boy was I glad it was only a 1 night's stay! With $60 difference, I would have booked the other hotel 100m away with an infinity pool!

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Queen Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and quality during their stay in Singapore. Highly recommended!
