I recently stayed at Ariana Hotel in Singapore for two nights, and I had a great experience. As a solo female traveler visiting Singapore for the first time, I truly appreciated the warmth and helpfulness of the receptionists. The receptionists were kind, patient, and always ready to assist—whether it was answering my questions or recommending places to eat and how to get there. Their friendly demeanor made a huge difference, especially after a rough journey to Singapore.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, right across from Mustafa Centre, a massive supermarket, and surrounded by many Indian Muslim (Mamak) restaurants as well as a hawkwe store. It’s also less than a 10-minute walk to the train stations (DT22 and NE8), making it easy to explore the city.
Though the hotel offers free WiFi, I didn’t use it since I had mobile data. Despite that, I found everything else to be smooth and comfortable. The exceptional customer service really stood out, and I regret not catching the names of the receptionists who went above and beyond to help me.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and the receptionists’ kindness truly brightened my trip. I would definitely recommend Ariana Hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Singapore.
