I really want to complain. We stayed in Room 102 on the first floor. The room was clean and good overall, but the facilities were really bad!
1. No one told us how to use the hot water. I always thought there was no hot water. The front desk couldn't find anyone to solve it. The three of us took a cold shower.
2. The shower area turned into a pool as soon as the water was put in. There was no way to solve the leakage. We basically had to wait a long time to go down completely. It was not a shower but a foot bath. I really couldn't accept it. It was too late when I came back, and I couldn't find anyone to solve it.
3. Not only was there a problem with the bathroom leaking, but the wash basin was also blocked. The drainage was super slow. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night, otherwise it would be really devastating.
