I stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. During my evening check-in, the front desk staff at the 1st floor lobby was not very welcoming—no smile or greeting—but she did escort me to the lounge for check-in. Unfortunately, no welcome drink was provided, and the check-in process took longer than expected, even though I had informed them in advance that I was in a rush for a dinner meeting.
There were also some issues with the WiFi. The password provided didn’t work, and when I called for assistance, no one picked up the phone for about 10 minutes. I eventually had to walk down to the 22nd floor club lounge myself to get a new one.
The club breakfast selection was quite limited, but I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
One major plus is the location—there’s direct access to the MRT from the basement, and a shopping mall right next door, which was very convenient.
Overall, there’s room for improvement in service, but the location is definitely a highlight.

The hotel was located infront of TTSH . Very peaceful place . At check-in I was served by Ms Faith . A very cheerful & sincere lady very detailed too . Room was clean , view was awesome.

Hotel Front Office & Club Lounge staffs was friendly and warm.
Checking in & out was fast.
Room was comfortable and clean.
Amenities just nice and well appreciated.
Evening club lounge atmosphere was relaxing & morning breakfast time not crowded.
Direct link to Novena MRT station fr B3 is a bonus.
Easy to get around & many f & b options at nearby malls.

I had a wonderful staycation at Oasia and the service staff were excellent. Shawn and Faith made our check in process smooth and they were very accommodating. The front and first contact from the hotel makes a big difference and definitely the pleasant interaction makes it better.

The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. We loved that there’s a mall right beside the hotel. We had a hospital appointment the next day, and it was very convenient since it’s within walking distance. The only downside was the toilet—it didn’t have a bidet or spray. But overall, I just love this hotel.

Room came with a great view and was very clean, while the bed was comfortable with gel/feather pillows provided. Would be good if charging sockets could be provided at both bedside tables, instead of just one.
Bathroom was a bit cramped though. Would also suggest having a completely enclosed shower area, instead of it being partially open with just a sliding door, as the cool air is still able to seep in. Shower water temperature was also inconsistent and would abruptly becoming cold after using for a short time.
