Location, cleanliness and service is great, the swimming pool and happy hour discount is wonderful. Room is newly renovated, not small as compared other Singapore hotels, but the double bed is not big. Many nice restaurants near by.
The water pressure of the wash basin is too strong. Pillows are too thick.
Overall is great value for money.

Second stay at the Robertson House - the main draw is the location. On top of being near most attractions, its surrounding area is tranquil and has a nice mall opposite it.

Apparently Trip.com had made the booking in an unorthodox way, but the hotel staff was kind and patient enough to sort out my booking expediently. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, location is good if you're comfortable using the MRT and bus network in Singapore.

Room smaller and primitive than expected. The top floor library is not actually a library and not open for room guests but exclusively for the vip floor which is rather disappointing. Front desk service is good.

Amazing stay, cozy room and excellent service. Location was great with 711 convenient store just around the corner. Decent American style breakfast.

Especially Please compliment Xiao Li from housekeeping! She made my stay so much better with her smart and kind service. (Though the shower design is a bit tricky to use, her care really helped!)

Overall 3/10. The service and location were great, and that's about it. The bed was hard, the water pressure isn't strong, the water was either very hot or cold, the air conditioning wasn't cold (it was better after we changed room), the room was quite small, the walls are very thin. Im shocked that this is a 5 star hotel, not recommended. There are better 3-4 star options with better beds, water pressure, and air conditioning.

Walls were a little too thin - I could hear the next hotel room's snorer +- the occasional sounds. The pool was nice and relaxing at night.
