Good location, large room and great room service. We requested for cutlery as the food delivery we ordered didnt come with cutlery, and was served with both cutlery, plates and serviette. Great breakfast buffet and variety as well.

Happy with this choice of hotel for our short stay in Singapore. The room size was generous, and the bed was huge and very comfy. The buffet breakfast was good too.
Location is right next to a few shopping centres, and it’s easy to get to the bayfront from it by bus or underground.

Was able to pre-check in at 12 pm before heading to have my lunch at mid valley which is connected to the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful to storage my luggage while I go for lunch. Check in was done at 2pm at the luggage station without issue.
Cleanliness would need some improvement given that the pillow I gotten was quite dirty. Would definitely go back again given the location

Really exceptional service. Enjoyed myself there with a beautiful pool, gym and breakfast. The Lounge also provided excellent food choices.
