The staffs need re training on how to talk to guest. Went to reception staff Don to ask for late check out. He mentioned 'if you can speak to the next guest on why their room is late, I let you have late check out' is this how a 5 star resort staff speaks to guest?
The front desk overall, including the concierge have no smiles on their faces.
Breakfast was good, staffs at f&b were friendly and accommodating.

Nice property away from the crowd. However can see that the landscaping needs a trim as planta are overgrowing, some of which blocked the view of the sea. The rooms were well appointed although a lounging chair was missing. There was a desk chair but no arm lounge chair to relax in. Breakfast spread was good and food quality was great!!

My 5th time back to Sofitel Sentosa. The green plant design here is so beautiful, the plants are very happy and healthy, and the environment is really nothing to say.
The pool is the deepest pool I've ever seen in Singapore, with a depth of 2.5 meters. It's a good swim.
The Prestige Suite room is very large and comfortable, so there are many windows in corner, the green plants outside the window are really healing, and you can open the window to listen to the birds and the breeze is very comfortable.
The TV in the room needs to be updated, and you can't even get in Netflix & Youtube. Toilet, the room is very clean, you can also choose your favourite pillow, plus super king-size bed sleep very comfortable.
I can see that they have the intention to help me set up birthday decorations, I really like colourful balloons. And their pastry chef's own chocolate cake, which is a little sweet but very delicate, and cute birthday cards. I can only say that my birthday here is really enjoyable, my body and mind are taken care of.
Finally, I went to their breakfast at 7:30 in the morning, with few people and a quiet environment, and peacocks welcome me over there. Their breakfast is of great quality. Don't look at it inconspicuous. Just take a bite, and you know you can't judge a book by its cover.

We did a staycay here to celebrate my hub’s birthday. The resort is huge and lovely, nestled in a nice end of Sentosa. Rooms were luxuriously decorated. Very nice chill, resort vibes. Service is acceptable, but not out of the way. Requested for early check in/late check out but was silent on email. No personal touch even though it was mentioned that it was my hub’s birthday. Not expecting, but the extra mile would have made the stay even more memorable.
