By standard of Singapore price, you can get equally equivalent from what you paid. Located not very far from airport and city center. Near to food stall and restaurant nearby.

I had a great stay at Value Hotel Balestier ! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The best part was the convenience – there's a bus station right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get around.

Very small. The room consists only fo a bed and nothing more. But for the price like this you won't have anything better in Singapore

First time in a capsule hotel, and great expernce with The Pod. Check in/checkout procedure super fast and easy. Staff is professional and friendly to help you set up and provide all the info for the stay. The bed and capsule are actually comfortable, even for big guys(1,88cm). The capsule has two pillows, electric plug, table and it comes with essential bathroom kit. The place is very clean, modern, quiet and safe. Individual keycards to access your room and your own locker. Laundry self-service also very convenient. 5min Walking distance for MRT Bugis. Very good price for the location, for short stay in SG. Will definitely be back here!

Due to my flight issues, I extended my stay for one more night. I am ready like this place, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is my 5th time here. It's a good environment ,there has many restaurants along the road, if you like to drive around the city, outside the main road you can rent a car,can see the pictures I attached, karaoke just next to the hotel, one pub beside the hotel too with life bank performers. Cheat food market just 6 minutes walk. I sure be back again, this is a good place to stay, team are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located n Geyland area. Only 1 minute walk will be right in the main street. Easy to many bus routes and about 8 minutes' walk to transit station. Many eateries along Geyland street. Not the fancy street in downtown or Marina Bay area but quite busy. The hotel is tucked away off the main street, so at night, it is quiet. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help when we asked them questions. The only downside is the bathroom. Walk in shower with toilet right be it so the toilet will be all wet after the shower. If they can make some improvement in this area, that would be great, like a curve shower curtain just to block the water a bit. Room is small, we have the superior doble room with a window. Looks like they have other choices as well. I also learned that it is one of the Singapore hotel chain. Overall, I will definitely use this chain again.

Room was good, location also good, just in front of mustafa center which is open 24hour. Around has many restaurant nearby. My only concern is the toilet, too small to move around😅😅 it is very hard for me to take shower. 😅😅 But all is good.

Clean and location savvy. Just right for affordability stay in Singapore. Could use a little more amenities and extra beyond services like dryer and extra rugs. English speaking and friendly staff. Just right

Reached the hotel on an early morning flight and despite the check-in time being 3pm, Hakim (the Front Service Manager) waived any sort of payment for an early check-in. Thanks to Hakim and also, Seven, for the smooth check-in. Access to the public transport (bus services) is about 5 mins by foot and taxis are easy to hail from anywhere along the main road. Eateries can be found everywhere, and so are convenience stores. The street is filled with ******** but this did not negatively impact upon the stay. Nevertheless, there were a lot of noises from the use of showers and flushes from the other rooms. The other downside, I hope the management will look into, is the rate at which rooms are cleaned. For instance, I left the hotel room at 8.30am hoping that this would be cleaned by 1pm when I returned with some snacks but it wasn't. I realized that there was only one cleaner for that floor and with the turnover of the rooms with check-ins and check-outs, the cleaner must have been inundated by the work. Notwithstanding this, the room was nice, comfortable, and clean. I don't mind staying at the Hotel 81 again as the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We booked a room with two twin beds for two adults and two kids. When we checked in, we were forced to book another room which was a little more expensive than the one we booked with trip.com due to two persons per room policy. However, the host forced us to book one more room and he said that we can stay and sleep all together in the initial room booked through trip.com but we must pay for two rooms.  We can’t cancel the reservation with the host and directed to work with trip.com. We were tired, especially my two kids and it was raining that days. I had no choice but went ahead and paid for another room for two nights stay. We were misled by the information provided online about the policy, two persons per room.  I would like the refund or the credit for the extra room for two nights.  Sincerely Lang
